My painting began as a distraction evolving into the core of my life.  Emotions and memories from my subconscience are expressed with color and interpreted as the painting evolves.  My painting is not about the particular but rather seeking to create universally understood feelings of joy, peace, curiosity or calm, giving me and the viewer a place for the eyes to look and the mind to wander.
